วิธีเพิ่มความเงางามของ VMP เมื่อใช้กับสีสเปรย์
Our suggest formula is VMP 3-6%,VMP RESIN 5-10%,=4.9THINNER 80-90%, Usage Procedure for VMP aerosol paints:
First, mix the resin diluent at high speed (500-1000rpm) until full uniformly.Then add the VMP silver pigment paste slowly and stirring at low speed (300-600 rpm) to avoiddamaging the structure of silver aluminum flake and reducing the mirror reflection effect.And Filter the mixture through a prepared spray paint filter (300-400 mesh) to ensure it is free ofimpurities before spraying.
Precautions:
1. Pay attention to the viscosity of the spray formula. Too high a viscosity will result in orangeeel texture, while too low a viscosity will cause sagging.
2. The reason of Hazy surface in low-gloss is either may be due to rapid solvent evaporation or anunclean substrate.
3. Have pinholes and craters in the coating surface may be due to an unclean substrate, rapidsolvent evaporation, or have water in the spray gun.
We find the glossy not so perfect , then should be adjust like this :
Vmp : vmp ratio 1:1, then use solvent thinnerit , should be add vmp and resin increase 5% , the 90% will be solvent .
After adjust the glossy show :
Notes : the spray paint surface aslo quite import , the metal surface will have more good effect .
